Het evenement nodigt je uit om meer te leren over het Uruguayaanse project Cinemarea en de uitdagingen van audiovisuele productie te bespreken.
Aansluitend worden enkele voorbeelden vertoond van de producties die tijdens het Cinemarea-programma van 2023 en 2024 zijn gemaakt.
CineMarea is een non-profitproject, ontstaan in Uruguay, dat 40 opkomende filmmakers van over de hele wereld een maand lang samenbrengt op verschillende locaties in Uruguay. Samen ontwikkelen ze vijftien kortefilmprojecten per week. Aan het einde van elke week vertonen ze de korte films in een gratis bioscoop, met uitnodigingen voor de community op de gastlocaties. Daarnaast worden er tijdens elke editie workshops en masterclasses gegeven door gerenommeerde filmmakers uit de regio.
Het kamp bevordert culturele uitwisseling, collectief leren en internationaal netwerken. Het creëert een uniek ecosysteem waar kleine gemeenschappen integreren in het creatieve proces. Er worden ook wekelijks mentorsessies, workshops en masterclasses met gerenommeerde filmmakers georganiseerd, wat een vormende ervaring biedt voor deelnemers aan het begin van hun carrière. Daarnaast worden potentiële toekomstige audiovisuele projecten opgezet, met Uruguay als centrale focus.
Cinérratique is een non-profitorganisatie gevestigd in België met als missie het promoten van film en audiovisuele cultuur.
Om haar doelen te bereiken, ondersteunt Cinérratique de productie van audiovisueel werk en helpt ze opkomende auteurs, kunstenaars en collectieven bij de promotie van hun werk.

L’événement vous invite à découvrir le projet uruguayen Cinemarea et à discuter des défis de la production audiovisuelle.
Suivant cet événement, quelques exemples de productions réalisées lors du programme Cinemarea 2023 et 2024 seront projetés.
CineMarea est un projet à but non lucratif né en Uruguay qui réunit 40 cinéastes émergents du monde entier pendant un mois dans différents lieux du pays. Ensemble, ils développent quinze projets de courts métrages par semaine. À la fin de chaque semaine, ils projettent les courts métrages dans une salle de cinéma gratuite, avec des invitations à la communauté des lieux d’accueil. De plus, lors de chaque édition, des ateliers et des masterclasses sont animés par des cinéastes renommés de la région.
Le camp favorise les échanges culturels, l’apprentissage collectif et le réseautage international. Il crée un écosystème unique où les petites communautés s’intègrent au processus créatif. Des séances de mentorat, des ateliers et des masterclasses hebdomadaires avec des cinéastes renommés sont également organisés, offrant une expérience formatrice aux participants en début de carrière. De plus, de futurs projets audiovisuels potentiels sont en cours de préparation, l’Uruguay étant au cœur de leurs préoccupations.

El evento invita a conocer el proyecto uruguayo Cinemarea y discutir sobre los desafíos de la producción audiovisual.
A seguir se proyectarán algunos ejemplos de las producciones realizadas durante el programa 2023 y 2024 de Cinemarea.
CineMarea es un proyecto sin ánimo de lucro nacido en Uruguay que reúne a 40 cineastas emergentes de todo el mundo durante un mes en diferentes lugares de Uruguay. Juntos, desarrollan una quincena de proyectos de cortometrajes semanales. Al final de cada semana, proyectan los cortometrajes en un cine gratuito y con invitación a la comunidad en las localidades que los alojan. Además, durante cada edición, se realizan talleres y masterclasses impartidos por reconocidos cineastas de la región.
El campamento fomenta el intercambio cultural, el aprendizaje colectivo y el networking internacional. Crea un ecosistema único donde las comunidades pequeñas se integran al proceso creativo. También se realizan tutorías, talleres y masterclasses semanales con cineastas de renombre, proporcionando una experiencia formativa para los participantes en las primeras etapas de su carrera. Además, se sembran posibles proyectos audiovisuales futuros con Uruguay como eje central.
